Careers with kids?!?!?

So I wanted to be a labor/delivery nurse, but that's when I realized I'd have to go to skool for the next 8 years:/ So now I'm looking for a career that involves kids. Like something to do with babies? I don't know how to explain it but i want a career that helps babies. Oh, and something that doesn't involve going to skool for the next eight years!
