Is this a good start to my story?

It's really good. I like the way you explained what was going on and then continued from where you'd started. It's really interesting; she fell asleep and the next thing she knew, she was bleeding and her 'parents' were gone. I'd really like to read on and find out why she was in the accident and what had happened to her parents.
