How to enable screensaver with RSBOT running in the background?

I have windows 7 and often have rsbot running minmized overnight. This makes my laptop whir louder and it prevents the computer from sleeping or using the screensaver, therefore using large amounts of electricity? Is there anyway I can still run rsbot with the computer screensaver enabled to save power?
