What is this random whirring noise in my car? It is a Trans AM. This car is identical to the Camaro....?

Hello, I have a 1998 Trans AM. It has the LS1 Corvette engine and is identical to the Camaro. Sometimes I will hear this random whirring noise coming from the car. Where is this coming from? Maybe it happens wehn I touch the accelerator a little, but the whirring noise persists for a littlw while longer.......
